Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a community ambassador for TurboTax.

  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
  • Facilitate tax reviews and discovery sessions for clients.

  • Address client inquiries and help overcome tax-related challenges.

Required skills

  • Active EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney credential.
  • Strong tax preparation experience with extensive knowledge of tax laws.
  • Minimum of 3 years filing federal and state individual tax returns.
  • Familiarity with Circular 230.
  • Flexible availability for seasonal work, including weekends.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with tax preparation software and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
