Our tax practice focuses on closely held, private businesses and their owners, but our taxation practice spans the following taxation types for both compliance and planning work: Corporate, S Corporate, Partnership, Trust and Individual income taxes as well as Estate and Gift Taxes and Not-for-Profit entities, including Private Foundations. Job Requirements: Tax professional having at least 4 years of public accounting experience preparing/reviewing income tax returns, with a strong understanding of trusts & estate tax returns. Must have an understanding of recent Federal & IL tax laws for closely held businesses (primarily S Corporations and Partnerships) along with individuals. Available to discuss based on previous experience. Job Responsibilities: You will be responsible for either initially or developing into the firm's primary authority on taxation of trusts & estates, as well directly working the firm's clients.
