Overview

Vaco is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support a long-term client in the real estate sector. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy the front end of recruiting, excel in building talent pipelines, and thrive in a dynamic, people-centric environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively source candidates for various roles in property management, maintenance, and corporate positions
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using tools like LinkedIn and job boards
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
  • Conduct initial outreach to candidates to generate interest and qualify talent
  • Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the ATS
  • Support market research and talent mapping for current and future hiring needs
  • Improve sourcing strategies and share insights on candidate trends

Required skills

  • 1-3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience
  • Experience with roles like leasing agents, maintenance technicians, and property managers
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in candidate outreach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple open roles
  • Proficiency with an ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
  • Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail
