Overview

bioMerieux is seeking a Talent Sourcing & Engagement Partner for a six-month contract position, which may lead to a full-time role. This hybrid position can be based in either Durham, North Carolina, or Salt Lake City, Utah, and focuses on identifying and attracting top talent using various sourcing techniques.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing techniques including cold calling and strategic searches.
  • Partner with the business to understand staffing needs and develop strategies.
  • Define and market the employer value proposition.
  • Research and recommend new sources for candidates.
  • Create inclusive sourcing strategies for a diverse talent pool.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate care.
  • Maintain a database of candidate information.
  • Build and maintain recruitment marketing campaigns on social media.
  • Develop and nurture candidate pipelines and networks.
  • Conduct market research for assigned verticals and geographies.
  • Participate in team projects as assigned.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years' experience in talent sourcing and/or full life cycle recruiting
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Proficiency in social media platforms
  • Knowledge of Success Factors and/or Jobvite
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills for efficient operations
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Drive for results
