Overview

bioMerieux is seeking a Talent Sourcing & Engagement Partner for a six-month contract position that can be based in either Durham, North Carolina or Salt Lake City, Utah. This role focuses on leveraging various recruiting sourcing techniques to identify top talent for a range of administrative roles and aims to enhance the organization’s talent pool while ensuring diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing techniques including cold calling, strategic Boolean searches, and social media.
  • Partner with the business to understand long-term staffing needs and develop strategies to meet these needs.
  • Define and promote the employer value proposition and engage with local communities.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidates.
  • Create innovative and inclusive sourcing strategies to ensure diverse candidate pools.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate care and maintain candidate databases.
  • Build and maintain digital and social media recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research for assigned verticals and geographies.
  • Participate in team projects as assigned.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years' experience in talent sourcing or full life cycle recruiting
  • Experience with social media platforms and applicant tracking systems
  • Experience with Success Factors and/or Jobvite
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Organizational efficiency
  • Cross-functional collaboration abilities
