Overview

bioMerieux is seeking a Talent Sourcing & Engagement Partner for a six-month contract position with the potential for conversion to full-time. This role is essential for identifying top talent for various administrative roles within the company and will require collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team to achieve staffing goals in Durham, North Carolina or Salt Lake City, Utah.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing techniques
  • Partner with the business to understand long-term staffing needs
  • Define and promote the employer value proposition
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidates
  • Create innovative and inclusive sourcing strategies
  • Deliver exceptional candidate care
  • Maintain a database of candidate contact information
  • Build and maintain digital and social media recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Develop and nurture a strong network of diverse candidate pipelines
  • Conduct market research for assigned verticals and geographies
  • Participate in team projects as assigned

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of experience in talent sourcing and/or full life cycle recruiting
  • Experience with social media platforms and applicant tracking systems
  • Experience with Success Factors and/or Jobvite
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Drive for results
