Overview

The Talent Coordinator at The Wellsville Group will play a crucial role in the recruiting process, supporting candidates from application to onboarding. This position requires a people-oriented individual who is organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment, contributing to creating exceptional experiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
  • Prepare offer letters and support the offer process
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and manage recruiting pipelines within the ATS
  • Prepare interview materials and support hiring managers
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies
  • Partner with HR and leaders to provide an exceptional onboarding experience
  • Promote The Wellsville Group as an employer of choice

Required skills
