Overview

The Talent Coordinator at The Wellsville Group plays a vital role in the recruitment process by supporting candidates and partnering with hiring managers to deliver a positive experience from application through onboarding. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, enjoy connecting talent with opportunities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
  • Prepare offer letters and support the offer process
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and manage recruiting pipelines within the ATS
  • Prepare interview materials and support hiring managers
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements
  • Partner with HR, Learning & Development for exceptional onboarding
  • Promote The Wellsville Group as an employer of choice through social media
  • Represent the company's vision, mission, and values in every interaction
