In this role, you'll partner with leaders across multiple markets, manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline, and play a critical role in helping us attract, engage, and hire top talent.If you're energetic, organized, driven by results, and love building relationships, we'd love to talk with you. What You'll Do Manage a high-volume pipeline of open positions across multiple marketsSource and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and other creative recruiting channelsReview applications and quickly identify top talentConduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications and fitPresent qualified candidates to hiring leaders with hiring recommendationsPartner with leaders to fill positions quickly and efficientlyCoordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and communication throughout the hiring processExtend offers and guide candidates through onboardingBuild talent pipelines for future hiring needsMaintain accurate recruiting activity within the applicant tracking systemDeliver an exceptional candidate experience from application through hire What We're Looking For At least 1 year of high-volume recruiting experience requiredAbility to successfully manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneouslyStrong sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environmentExperience using ATS platforms, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar recruiting tools preferredPassion for helping people find rewarding career opportunities Why Join The Birner Group?
