Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15044Salary: $50,000-$60,000 Why This Opportunity Stands Out Play a key role in the full employee lifecycle-from recruiting through onboarding Direct impact on new hire experience and hiring success across the organization Exposure to both high-volume recruiting and onboarding operations Opportunity to work with a modern HRIS (Paycom) and strengthen technical HR skills Stable, people-focused organization with a strong community presence Ability to influence hiring processes and improve workflow efficiency Cross-functional collaboration with payroll, leadership, and operations teams Exposure to workforce planning, reporting, and compliance processes Talent Acquisition Specialist Key Responsibilities Manage the onboarding process, including offer coordination, background checks, Paycom data entry, and orientation scheduling The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support full-cycle recruiting efforts for high-volume roles, including job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communication Track candidate progress and maintain accurate hiring and onboarding records Coordinate badge access, supplies, and new hire readiness activities The Talent Acquisition Specialist will run hiring, rehire, and workforce reports for payroll and leadership teams Coordinate pre-employment screening, CNA program processing, and volunteer intake as needed The Talent Acquisition Specialist will ensure a smooth and positive candidate and new hire experience throughout the process Qualifications of the Talent Acquisition Specialist Role Experience in HR, recruiting, talent acquisition, or onboarding coordination Familiarity with HRIS systems; Paycom experience preferred Strong data tracking and reporting skills (Excel or similar tools) Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments strongly preferred Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
