You will lead full-cycle recruiting, build candidate pipelines, and represent Saelens throughout the community.What You Will DoProactively source candidates and build pipelines for production, skilled trades, technical, professional, and leadership roles.Represent Saelens at job fairs, trade shows, schools, community events, and networking functions.Build relationships with technical colleges, workforce organizations, community partners, and prospective candidates.Discover and recruit potential candidates before they even know they are looking for a change Requirements: What You BringAn outgoing, confident personality and genuine interest in meeting and getting to know people.Two or more years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related experience.Strong communication, organization, follow-through, creativity, and relationship-building skills.Ability to travel for recruiting purposes and to regularly attend networking events some of which may be outside standard business hours.Manufacturing, industrial, or skilled-trades recruiting experience is preferredEqual OpportunitySaelens is an equal opportunity employer.
