Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations within a stable manufacturing environment in Delaware, Ohio. This position offers opportunities to assist with both plant and corporate hiring needs while contributing to broader HR functions and skill development.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage recruiting efforts for plant and administrative roles using Indeed and internal pipelines
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to support onboarding and file management processes
  • Maintain employee records, reporting, and documentation accuracy
  • Assist with additional HR functions such as timekeeping and compliance support

Required skills

  • HR / Recruitment experience
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience using Indeed for sourcing candidates
  • Exposure to HR functions such as onboarding or HRIS systems
