Job Description

Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at CFS will play a crucial role in managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting to onboarding. This position offers the opportunity to enhance technical HR skills while collaborating with various teams and influencing hiring processes in a stable, community-focused organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process, including offer coordination and orientation scheduling
  • Support full-cycle recruiting efforts for high-volume roles, including job postings and candidate communication
  • Track candidate progress and maintain accurate hiring and onboarding records
  • Coordinate badge access, supplies, and new hire readiness activities
  • Run hiring, rehire, and workforce reports for payroll and leadership teams
  • Coordinate pre-employment screening and program processing as needed
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate and new hire experience throughout the process

Required skills

  • Experience in HR, recruiting, talent acquisition, or onboarding coordination
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems; Paycom experience preferred
  • Strong data tracking and reporting skills (Excel or similar tools)
  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
