Overview

Weichert Co. of Virginia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Arlington, Virginia. This role involves recruiting new and experienced Sales Associates for sales offices in Maryland and Virginia, working closely with regional leadership, and participating in various recruitment events.

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, contact, meet with, and hire potential candidates for sales offices.
  • Conduct in-person interviews and run market analysis.
  • Attend and execute industry events and career fairs.
  • Build relationships with real estate schools and introduce students to Weichert.
  • Promote the sales office and the company to attract candidates.
  • Suggest innovative recruiting methods to increase lead flow.
  • Utilize company tools to source, track, and manage candidate leads.
  • Submit various reports for management.
  • Reach a minimum goal of recruiting 48 new Sales Associates per year.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid Driver's license required
  • Minimum 1.5 years of recruiting experience or strong sales/management experience
  • Ability to secure appointments through networking
  • Strong presentation skills for group settings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills
  • Knowledge of typical office equipment

What the company offers

  • Estimated base salary range from $70,000 to $85,000
