This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from job posting through offer acceptance.Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and meet hiring goals.Track recruiting metrics and provide updates on candidate pipelines.Utilize ATS, CRM, Power BI, SharePoint, and other recruiting tools.Ensure compliance with employment laws, EEO, AAP, and OFCCP requirements.Support a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Qualifications Strong sourcing and recruiting experience required.2+ years of recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition experience.Knowledge of employment law, EEO/AAP, and recruitment best practices.Experience with ATS and recruiting technologies preferred.Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred. Additional Requirements Must pass pre-employment screening, including background check and drug screen.Must be able to work onsite in Overland Park, KS, five days per week.
