Overview

Farm Credit Canada is seeking a bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment and support hiring managers in attracting and selecting the right talent. This role involves translating business strategy into proactive recruitment solutions while ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and provide subject matter expertise to hiring managers
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and align hiring strategies
  • Build proactive talent pipelines using data, sourcing, and networking
  • Leverage technology and tools to enhance recruitment processes
  • Ensure compliance with employment law, Official Languages, and Human Rights legislation
  • Use recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement in hiring effectiveness
  • Maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and talent networks

Required skills

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • At least four years of recruiting experience
  • Strong judgment and candidate assessment skills
  • Effective communication skills (listening, verbal, written)
  • Knowledge of HR programs and recruitment best practices
  • Familiarity with digital platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft 365)
  • Proficiency in both English and French
