Job Description Job Description Job Summary:The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support high-volume talent acquisition efforts across the organization, with a primary focus on screening, outreach, and pipeline development for manufacturing roles. Working with the direction of the Talent Acquisition Lead, this role is responsible for executing sourcing strategies and managing candidate communication to keep roles moving quickly and efficiently.Essential Job Functions:Assist in management of full-cycle recruiting for all high-volume positions within the organizationScreen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams, assessing candidates for culture fit to help protect and reinforce organizational cultureMaintain consistent candidate communication throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experienceMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (Paylocity)Support candidate pipeline development by identifying and engaging passive candidates for frequently hired roles, proactively sourcing candidates to reduce reliance on external recruiting agencies Manage posting and refreshing job listings across job boards and social media platforms Assist with background check and drug screen coordination as part of the pre-employment processSupport onboarding processes through HR software to ensure a smooth and compliant new hire experienceEnsure accurate applicant tracking data to support Affirmative Action compliance and reportingCollaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead to meet time-to-fill targets and workforce planning needsAssist with recruiting campaigns and job fairs to build brand awareness and candidate interest1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or a related high-volume outreach role requiredExcellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills requiredAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment requiredExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred This position is an in-office role (no hybrid or remote).Management reserves the right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.EOE, including disability/vetsPI
