Overview

About the Opportunity: Saratech is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer that will be engaged with the SE Team through Design, Integration, & Certification activities for a military commercial-derivative aircraft interior modification effort. Salary Range: $80 - $90 per hour Duties and Responsibilities: Perform systems requirements management, system architecture development, and interface control documentation (ICDs). Guide the SE Team WRT technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, installation, and certification. Lead the equipment source selection processes and manage supplier relationships throughout design, qualification, and production phases. Ability to travel CONUS DOORS/Cameo/Jama software Skills and Abilities: Must have Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and minimum 9 years prior relevant Systems Engineering experience. Alternatively, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related Systems Engineering experience. Must have demonstrated experience in military commercial-derivative aircraft interior modifications WRT design, integration, installation, and certification. Must have experience in 14 CFR Part 25 certification and understanding of both commercial certification standards and military specifications / requirements. Must have expert-level experience regarding all phases of the Systems Engineering V model and proven experience WRT the implementation of Systems Engineering principles and processes. Must have Supplier & Equipment Management experience, including the proven ability to lead equipment source selection processes and manage supplier relationships throughout design, qualification, and production phases. Must have demonstrated experience in program planning, guidance, and Engineering execution within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
