About the RoleMayroad is seeking a strategic and experienced Systems Analyst to optimize the technology platforms and processes that support our business operations. This role partners with leaders and functional teams across the company to identify technology needs, resolve system issues, and deliver improvements that strengthen efficiency, data visibility, and the employee experience. You'll work closely with IT Management and business stakeholders to support property management software, translate operational requirements into effective solutions, and ensure Mayroad receives strong value from its technology investments.Systems Analyst - Job Description:The Systems Analyst serves as Mayroad's technology partner and primary resource for business applications, including Yardi. This role provides day-to-day application support, analyzes business and system requirements, identifies process improvements, coordinates enhancements, manages technology initiatives, and develops dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs that support informed decision-making and reliable operations.
