WeAquatics is seeking a passionate Swim Instructor for their Onelife Brambleton location in Ashburn, Virginia. This role involves teaching swimming techniques to students of various ages and skill levels, emphasizing water safety and confidence-building in a positive environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead engaging one-on-one and small group swim lessons
  • Craft personalized development plans for each swimmer
  • Create fun and energetic learning environments
  • Provide encouraging feedback to build skills and confidence
  • Maintain safety protocols while fostering a positive atmosphere
  • Build meaningful relationships with students and their families

Required skills

  • Strong swimming abilities across various techniques
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Friendly and patient teaching style
  • Adaptability to different learning styles and needs
  • Current lifeguard/CPR certifications (preferred)
  • Genuine enthusiasm for water safety and teaching
  • Previous swim instruction experience (helpful but not required)
