C.T. Male Associates, a multi-discipline surveying, engineering, and architectural firm in the Northeast, is seeking a detail-oriented Survey Technician to join our Latham, NY office. In this role, you'll work on a wide variety of projects, using industry-leading technology and collaborating with experienced professionals on projects that help shape our communities. What You'll Do: Prepare boundary, topographic, utility, and other survey-related maps and exhibits. Perform contour plotting and assist with data analysis. Assist with preliminary boundary determinations under the guidance of Project Managers. Prepare field crew worksheets and project support materials. Conduct deed research and obtain survey-related information from municipalities, government agencies, utility companies, and other survey professionals. Understand and protract deeds, maps, and easements with all proper notations. Support field survey operations as needed, including preparation for field assignments. Download and process GPS and field data collection information using Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D. Pay Range: $26.00 - $40.00 per hour, paid weekly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. RequirementsWhat We're Looking For:A.A.S.
