Position Description: The Briar Team, Central Florida's top family-owned Site Development Construction company, is looking for hard-working, experienced, and reliable Survey Crew Chief for immediate hire with excellent pay and benefits, performance bonuses, profit sharing, generous paid time off and yearly loyalty bonuses, in addition to training and opportunities for growth.We are looking for someone with a solid background in leadership for our Survey Crew Chief position.As a Survey Chief, you will provide support in a variety of construction projects. To be successful in this position, you must work well as the leader of a team, be able to train and instruct new crew members in their individual tasks, enjoy working outdoors, and be able to perform strenuous physical tasks.Benefits:Salary: Negotiable Pay Rate: Weekly 6:30am-4:30pm Monday through Friday with Saturdays on an as-needed basis PTO at 6 months Yearly Performance and Bonuses Paid Holidays Paid Birthdays 401K Profit Sharing Generous and affordable Benefits starting at 60 days of employment.
