To be successful in this position, you must work well as the leader of a team, be able to train and instruct new crew members in their individual tasks, enjoy working outdoors, and be able to perform strenuous physical tasks.Benefits:Salary: Negotiable Pay Rate: Weekly 6:30am-4:30pm Monday through Friday with Saturdays on an as-needed basis PTO at 6 months Yearly Performance and Bonuses Paid Holidays Paid Birthdays 401K Profit Sharing Generous and affordable Benefits starting at 60 days of employment.
