Overview

ProTouch Staffing is seeking a full-time Vascular Surgery Physician Assistant to join their team in Lancaster, California. This role involves patient consultations, managing outpatient care, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct patient consultations and follow-ups
  • Perform comprehensive history and physical examinations
  • Order diagnostic tests and review results
  • Manage all aspects of outpatient patient care
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in the EHR system
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and lifestyle modifications
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Required skills

  • Graduate of an accredited A.R.C.-approved Physician Assistant (PA-C) program
  • Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies
  • Active and valid California PA license
  • National certification as a PA
  • Active DEA license
