Job Description

Overview

Concord Physicians Solutions is seeking a Trauma Physician for a locum tenens position at a Level I Trauma Center in Worcester, Massachusetts. This role requires a minimum commitment of 3 months with the option to extend, and involves weekday and weekend shifts including on-call responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage trauma inpatient care and activations
  • Provide emergency general surgery coverage as required
  • Consult on emergency general surgery cases
  • Work alongside 2 APPs during the day and 1 APP overnight
  • Supervise residents and interns in trauma surgery

  • Fellowship trained in Surgical Critical Care
  • Healthcare & Medical background
