Accountable Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage at a hospital in Michigan. The role involves inpatient coverage with potential surgery assistance, providing a crucial support function within the cardiothoracic surgery team.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with inpatient coverage from Monday to Friday, 7a-5p
  • Be on call from 5p-7a
  • Perform vein harvesting and assist with arterial bypass and bypass surgeries
  • Support the surgical team in a high-stakes clinical environment
