Overview

Lee Health Physician Group is seeking a Neurosurgery Advanced Practice Provider for their busy practices in Fort Myers and Cape Coral, Florida. This full-time position involves both outpatient and inpatient neurosurgery, with a focus on surgical assistance and trauma neurosurgery, along with participation in weekend call rotations.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in neurosurgery procedures
  • Provide patient care in outpatient and inpatient settings
  • Participate in weekend call rotation every 9 weeks
  • Utilize EPIC EHR and dictation software
  • Understand neuroanatomy, neurological diseases, and neurosurgical procedures

Required skills

  • Background in surgery or surgical rotations during clinicals
  • Strong knowledge of neuroanatomy and neurosurgical procedures
  • Experience with EPIC EHR
