Vohra Wound Physicians is seeking a Part-Time General Surgeon in Buffalo, NY. This role offers clinical autonomy and flexibility with no nights, calls, or weekend responsibilities. The position focuses on advanced wound management with training from experienced certified physicians.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide bedside wound care in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals
  • Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility
  • Deliver modern wound management in a mobile practice setting
  • Engage in clinical documentation using proprietary wound-specific EMR
  • Undergo paid training and complete a 6-month wound care fellowship

Required skills

  • Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice
  • Experience in wound management and clinical documentation
  • Proficiency in EMR systems
  • Team collaboration and patient care skills
