Overview

The Supported Employment Supervisor at Klamath Basin Behavioral Health is responsible for supervising employees in the Peer Support and Supported Employment programs. This role includes providing clinical support, ensuring quality standards, and helping individuals secure employment while developing workforce skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Directly supervise employees in supported employment programs
  • Maintain a clinical caseload and provide clinical support to clinicians
  • Ensure program quality and effectiveness and make workflow decisions
  • Manage employee performance appraisals, goals, and training plans
  • Counsel clients individually or in groups
  • Train new employees on agency policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other programs and represent the agency in community meetings
  • Oversee completion of employee documentation and handle disciplinary processes

Required skills

  • Experience in HR, recruitment, and supervision
  • Knowledge in mental health support and community outreach
  • Proficiency in training and development
  • Strong communication and program management skills
