Overview

The Supported Employment Supervisor at Klamath Basin Behavioral Health is responsible for overseeing the Peer Support and Supported Employment programs. This role involves managing program staff, providing clinical support, ensuring program quality, and facilitating community outreach to assist individuals in securing employment.

Key responsibilities

  • Directly supervise employees in the Peer Support and Supported Employment programs
  • Maintain a 20% clinical caseload
  • Provide direct clinical support through supervision and consultation
  • Ensure quality and effectiveness of program components
  • Handle administrative duties including reporting and documentation approvals
  • Train new employees on agency policies and procedures
  • Counsel clients individually or in groups
  • Manage disciplinary processes as needed
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Manager on employee performance assessments and training plans
