Job Description Our Supplemental Staffing Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, placement, and management of Aramark team members to meet short-term staffing needs in our client partner locations within their designated region. This role blends human resources, sales, and client service, ensuring the right candidates are matched with the right positions at the right time. Compensation Data COMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $70,000.00 to $90,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. Job Responsibilities Core Responsibilities Identify staffing needs: Work with hiring managers and clients to determine temporary staffing requirementsSourcing & screening: Use multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs) to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.Interview & assess: Conduct interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates.Manage relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with site operations leaders, candidates/employees, community organizers and internal stakeholders Manage team members: Schedule shifts using an AI-enabled program, support team members in assignments, manage biweekly payroll for team members.Team member experience: Provide a positive, supportive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process and for our Supplemental Staffing team members who support client locations.
