Overview

The Supervisor Telecom Aerial role at Triple-D Communications involves overseeing the execution of telecommunication projects and managing day-to-day activities of project teams. This position requires both technical and leadership skills to ensure projects meet strategic goals while adhering to regulations and budgets.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of projects aligned with the organization's long-term strategy
  • Supervise daily activities and project teams to ensure compliance with deliverables
  • Monitor project budgets and provide monthly variance updates
  • Identify project issues and develop response plans
  • Ensure construction activities meet ethical and regulatory standards
  • Supervise staff to maintain quality and compliance in project execution

Required skills

  • 2+ years of telecommunications construction experience or related field
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced training in a related industry preferred
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD/Microstation drafting software
  • Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • 1+ years of personnel and functional leadership experience or project management experience
