Overview

The Supervisor, Residential Market Development at SPECTRUM will oversee the daily operations of a sales team focused on residential customers. This role involves recruiting, training, and leading the team to meet sales goals and enhance customer experiences, while working in both field and office environments.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of the sales team.
  • Meet and exceed budgeted headcount and sales goals.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train staff.
  • Set clear expectations and hold employees accountable.
  • Identify training gaps and develop plans to address them.
  • Familiarize with reporting and analytics for business decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve goals.
  • Coach and follow the sales process.
  • Monitor payroll processes and commission payments.
  • Handle employee relations, performance appraisals, and coaching.
  • Complete administrative tasks related to sales activities.

Required skills
