Overview

The Supervisor of Multi-Tenant Sales at Spectrum in Cornelius, North Carolina, is responsible for managing the daily activities of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department. This includes supervising a team of sales representatives, meeting sales goals, and participating in recruitment and training efforts.

Key responsibilities

  • Support and assist the Multi-Tenant Sales Manager
  • Supervise a team of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train staff
  • Monitor payroll and ensure timely commission payments
  • Handle employee relation issues and performance appraisals
  • Assist with budget preparation and provide marketing input
  • Communicate territory assignments to sales representatives
  • Manage approximately 70% field and 30% office work

Required skills

  • Sales experience of 1+ years
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally
  • Knowledge of Community Sales practices
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and related software
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
  • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
  • 0.5+ years of sales supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Telecommunications and cable industry experience (preferred)
