Overview

As a Supervisor of Manufacturing at L3Harris Technologies in Waterdown, Ontario, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing skilled technicians and leading operational excellence. Key responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the cell team to ensure operational excellence.

  • Develop performance metrics and report status to management.

  • Enforce company policies and compliance programs.

Required skills

  • Leadership and management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
