Overview

The Supervisor position at Pure Hockey is a full-time retail role focused on enhancing customer experience and managing a team. This role involves both independent work and teamwork in a dynamic retail environment, where supervisors are responsible for various operational functions, customer service, and staff development.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
  • Accurately handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions
  • Assist in merchandising, operations, sales, and customer service
  • Establish and communicate critical metrics and expectations
  • Train and develop staff effectively
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
  • Maintain sales floor through restocking and inventory management
