Overview

The Supervisor position at Pure Hockey provides an opportunity to excel in a customer-focused retail environment in Minneapolis. This role requires both independent work and teamwork to enhance the customer experience while managing store operations and staff development.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
  • Perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
  • Assist in merchandising, operations, sales, and customer service
  • Establish and communicate critical metrics and expectations for the store
  • Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
  • Maintain the sales floor through restocking and inventory management
