Overview

The Supervisor position at Pure Hockey in Exton, Pennsylvania, is a full-time role focused on leading and enhancing customer experiences in a retail environment. Key responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
  • Perform cashier duties accurately, handling cash and transactions
  • Assist in merchandising, operations, sales, and customer service
  • Train and develop staff to ensure effective performance
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
  • Maintain the sales floor, restocking shelves and updating pricing
  • Assist with inventory management tasks as directed by management
