Overview

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Marriott International, you will ensure optimal service and customer satisfaction while managing staff and operational tasks. Your role will include overseeing team performance, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, and supporting staff training and development.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure cohesive teamwork to guarantee optimal service.
  • Monitor staff appearance and behavior, correcting any negligence.
  • Handle opening and closing tasks, including equipment cleaning and setup.
  • Manage storage areas and ensure cleanliness and compliance with PEPS.
  • Complete inventory and stock documentation, ordering necessary supplies.
  • Control dining room seating and ensure customer safety and well-being.
  • Assist management in hiring, training, evaluating, and motivating employees.
  • Adhere to all security policies and report maintenance or safety issues.
  • Maintain professionalism and protect company property.
  • Support colleagues and promote a respectful work environment.
