Altitude ressources humaines inc. is looking for a dynamic Superviseur.e to manage human resources and production within Intral, a North American manufacturer known for quality aluminum and steel wire products. The role involves ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and fostering a collaborative work environment while driving productivity improvements.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage human resources within the production area
  • Support the onboarding and development of new employees
  • Maintain a healthy and collaborative work climate
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and collective agreements
  • Collaborate with maintenance to ensure the safety and operability of equipment
  • Monitor various production processes
  • Develop methods to increase productivity and reduce production costs and waste

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations, or industrial engineering or relevant supervisory
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management in a manufacturing environment
  • Functional bilingual communication in French and English
