Overview

Olymel is seeking a Production Supervisor for the evening shift in Saint-Esprit, Quebec. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling production activities, contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of operations in a collaborative work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate production activities
  • Ensure effective use of labor and equipment
  • Achieve operational efficiency objectives
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Monitor department performance and efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Implement and maintain HACCP and SQF programs
  • Participate in continuous improvement committees

Required skills

  • 2 to 3 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Experience in a unionized environment is an asset
  • Training in administration, production, or personnel management is a plus
  • Proficiency in Office Suite (Word and Excel)
