Overview

Olymel is seeking a Production Supervisor for the evening shift in Saint-Esprit, Quebec. The ideal candidate will be motivated by an active work environment, collaboration, and a desire to enhance efficiency and quality within operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, direct, and control production activities
  • Coordinate production and ensure effective use of workforce and equipment
  • Achieve operational efficiency objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Monitor performance and efficiency of departments
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Apply and maintain HACCP and SQF programs
  • Participate in continuous improvement committees

Required skills

  • 2-3 years of supervisory or team leader experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Education in administration, production, or personnel management is a plus
  • Knowledge of Office Suite (Word and Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal and professional relationship-building skills
