Overview

Aldes Amérique du Nord is seeking a Production Supervisor for their Saint-Léonard-d'Aston location. The role involves coordinating production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while leading a team of approximately 30 employees to meet production goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate the production team
  • Participate in production meetings and propose solutions
  • Conduct individual performance reviews and disciplinary follow-ups
  • Maintain compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Identify and address quality issues within the team
  • Report on team performance and achievements to the production director
  • Plan workload and adjust team assignments as necessary
  • Open production orders and prepare documentation for production
  • Ensure production standards are met
  • Promote a healthy and safe work environment
  • Achieve safety and delivery compliance objectives

Required skills

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar production role
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Leadership and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills (Office Suite, ERP knowledge is a plus)
