Taylor Bros. Construction is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to manage and oversee construction projects in the retail sector. With over 90 years of experience, the company delivers high-quality construction management services and utilizes the latest technology in their projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks
  • Review and interpret blueprints and specifications

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control
  • Effective coordination of crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Union enrollment (Carpenters Union required for project compliance)
  • Proficient in reading blueprints, scheduling, and job cost tracking
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Familiarity with construction management software
  • OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
  • Retail experience (nice to have)
