Overview

The Superintendent at Aerial Precast Concrete, LLC in Fort Lauderdale is responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies, and managing job site activities. This role requires strong communication skills and hands-on experience in both construction and supervision.

Key responsibilities

  • Read and implement construction plans A to Z
  • Manage job site performance including productivity, safety, quality, and adherence to schedule
  • Organize and schedule the workforce, overseeing work assignments
  • Develop and maintain Project Schedule in collaboration with customers
  • Assist in the development of Project Plan Changes as necessary
  • Create checklists for inspections, equipment maintenance, and emergency response
  • Train employees and subcontractors in safe construction methods
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance for project needs
  • Promote ethical behavior and resolve potential ethical conflicts
  • Supervise construction crews according to company policies and legal regulations
