Job DescriptionJob DescriptionEARTHWORK AND EXCAVATION SUPERINTENDENTThe Superintendent is responsible for managing day to day operations in the field. This position specifically oversees the activities and supervision of crew workers on construction projects not limited to earthwork / site grading, utilities, water, sewer, and more. ResponsibilitiesEnsure Quality and Safety is being executedUnderstand and enforce company policiesSupervise field forces & subcontractorsAttend client meetings and ensure work is in compliance with Contract DocumentsCoordinate efficient scheduling of crews, equipment, and materials and ensure back up plansMaintain daily communication with PMs including daily project reporting and time managementDaily and production unit reportingSub-subcontractor managementCoordinate job progress and success with PM, General Superintendent.
