Overview

Dedicated School Staffing is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Substitute Teachers for Youngstown City Schools. This part-time, on-call position is critical for maintaining instructional continuity by implementing lesson plans and fostering a positive classroom environment when regular teachers are absent.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement lesson plans and instructional materials provided by the regular classroom teacher
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and productive classroom environment
  • Provide clear instruction and academic support to students throughout the school day
