Overview

Dedicated School Staffing is seeking flexible and dependable Substitute Teachers for Wauseon Exempted Village Schools. This part-time, on-call role requires implementing lesson plans and supporting student learning when regular teachers are absent, ensuring a positive and structured classroom environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement lesson plans and instructional materials provided by the regular classroom teacher
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and productive classroom environment
  • Provide clear instruction and academic support to students throughout the school day
  • Adapt to a variety of grade levels and subject areas as needed
  • Take attendance and complete required documentation accurately
  • Communicate professionally with school staff and administration
  • Supervise students during transitions, lunch, recess, and other assigned duties
