Overview

Dedicated School Staffing is looking for compassionate Substitute Intervention Specialist Assistants to support students and teachers during staff absences at South Euclid-Lyndhurst Schools. This part-time, on-call role is crucial for maintaining a productive learning environment by providing individualized support to students, especially those with special needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist classroom teachers with instruction, activities, and supervision
  • Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students, including those with special needs
  • Implement accommodations and modifications as directed by teachers
  • Assist students with daily tasks such as organization and transitions
  • Supervise students in various settings such as classrooms and hallways
  • Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment
  • Follow established lesson plans and safety protocols
