Position Title: Substitute Educational Aide / Paraprofessional Location: Lorain City Schools / Lorain, OH Employment Type: As Needed / Part-Time / On-Call Pay Rate: $15.20/Hour About the Role Dedicated School Staffing is seeking reliable and compassionate Substitute Educational Aides and Paraprofessionals to step in when regular staff members are unavailable. This role is vital in supporting classroom instruction, reinforcing student learning, and maintaining a safe and structured environment across both general and special education settings.
