Dedicated School Staffing is looking for reliable and flexible Substitute Educational Aides to support classrooms at Bio-Med Science Academy in Rootstown, Ohio. The role involves assisting teachers and directly working with students to facilitate a positive learning environment, catering to both general and special education needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist teachers with instructional support and classroom activities
  • Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students, including those with specialized learning needs
  • Implement accommodations and modifications under the direction of certified staff
  • Help students with organization, transitions, and classroom participation
